Colon Cleanse #1
This formula stimulates the peristaltic action of the intestines and is thus a very effective laxative.
DOSAGE:   Due to wide variations in individual reactions, start with one capsule a day, adding one each day until it works. Comfortably and continue that dosage for one or two weeks.  (If desired, add Colon cleanse #2, the fiber mixture, during the second week)  This cleanse should not be taken more often that once in six months.  year shelflife.
