Helps reduce stiffness and inflammation in muscles and joints from arthritis, rheumatism, Lupus, Gout, and Bursitis. A good blood cleanser and reduces body acidity. DOSAGE: Take one capsule 3 times a day or two capsules twice a day, more if needed. (¼ teaspoon of powder is approximately one 'OO' capsule.)
