This is a combination of green and “superfoods” powders. It is used especially if the diet is deficient in vegetables. It provides many trace nutrients and noticeably increases energy. DOSAGE: This is probably best taken as a powder – two teaspoons in a glass of juice once or twice a day – in order to take enough. Two teaspoons equals about 8 capsules. (¼ Teaspoon of powder = One 'OO' capsule)
Alfalfa Leaf contains eight essential amino acids, has four times the amount of vitamin C found in citrus juices, and is high in carotene, vitamin K, and vitamin A. It contains a whole spectrum of minerals and trace minerals.
